Thanks to Backwater Paddling and Rick Brine for the donation of a Northwater Rescue PFD to be used by the PGSAR Swiftwater team.

Thanks to the Prince George Community Foundation whose grant in 2009 made possible the purchase of an inflatable SOAR boat for our swiftwater team. The SOAR was quickly put into service with a rescue of two teens on the Salmon River.  (Details...), and was used in 3 separate rescue incidents over the summer and other events in 2010.
