NEW - There will only be one intake of new recruits (in Sept this year.

There is no cost for the course. New members must also take separate First Aid training from an outside source.

PGSAR members must supply their own outdoor gear with the exception of radio and GPS which can be signed out for activities.

Expenses are covered during searches, but not during training exercises. Members are expected to participate in practice exercises to maintain skills.
