Mar 10 Two young people caught out by darkness while fishing in Eskers Park were located by a ground search team. Evacuation was provided by our snowmobile team.

As of November 1, 2010 Prince George SAR has been involved in 28 callouts to assist 41 people.                                            This has involved over 3000 volunteer hours.

We have assisted other SAR Teams in Tumbler Ridge, Williams Lake, Tete Jaune Cache, Squamish, Pemberton, Anihiem Lake,  Bella Coola and Fort St. James.

Prince George SAR also provides assistance to the RCMP with Evidence searches.
